Rider University has entered into a new partnership with CollegeVine, a higher education technology company that develops AI-powered tools for student recruitment, services and support. <\/p>\n
Through the partnership, Rider will implement CollegeVine\u2019s AI Recruiter and AI One Stop tools to improve communication, simplify access to the university\u2019s resources, and strengthen support for students. <\/p>\n
The investment comes as colleges and universities nationwide face changing demographics and growing demands for more personalized, responsive service. <\/p>\n
\u201cStudents and families deserve personalized support and easy access to the information they need,\u201d Rider University President John R. Loyack said. \u201cThese tools give us new ways to serve them at every stage of the Rider experience \u2014 from helping prospective students discover what Rider has to offer to helping current students and families stay informed and connected.\u201d <\/p>\n
Beyond personalized outreach, the technology can communicate in more than 50 languages, provide answers around the clock and proactively reach out to students with reminders and next steps as they enroll. <\/p>\n
\u201cThere are so many details students and their families have to keep track of throughout the admissions and enrollment process \u2014 forms to complete, deadlines to meet and important next steps to stay on top of,\u201d said Mary-Alice Ozechoski, senior vice president and chief of staff. \u201cThese tools give us another way to keep students informed, guide them through the process and even check in on their well-being so we can connect them with additional support when they need it.\u201d <\/p>\n
